I've enabled the level 3 bit in LDAP. Bug should be good to close out.

I'm still confused about the process that occurred here. Was there a separate bug filed in MOC? Who filed it?

Oh sorry :jdm, someone had CC'd me on this bug and so I jumped the gun once I saw the 2 vouches.  I should have waited for the separate MOC bug.
