[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Go to https://people-mozilla.org/~fqueze2/webrtc/ and click on "Video".
2. From Camera to share select the second camera, check "Remember this decision" and click on "Allow".
3. Reload the page and click on "Video".

[Expected result]:
The camera continue to record/stream using the camera you chose before.

[Actual result]:
The camera continue to record/stream using another camera.

[Note]:
I'm not sure if this is an issue, but once you select a camera to share it don't indicate which camera is the default one.

"Remember this decision" is about allowing the website to use a camera, not about which camera to use, unfortunately.
