That crash has: Android Model: AOSP on ARM Emulator Most of the crashes with that signature are on an emulator or Virtualbox.
Based on Comment 1 I will resolve this as invalid.

Please consider to reopen this bug. Windows 10 x64: crash while doing a Radeon RX480 driver update.
