Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Thunderbird
2. Go to Inbox of mail account
3. Click tools-Message Filters  -- Message Filters box appears with no filters listed
4. Click New



Actual results:

Message Filters box has momentary flash of gray, and then freezes.
Nothing can be done. Cannot even delete box by clicking on "x" at top of screen.
Even when I exit Thunderbird, the message box is still there.
Must kill Thunderbird process to remove message box


Expected results:

Should be allowed to add new rule.
Message box should be deleted when Thunderbird exits.
Please try will add-ons disabled, see Help menu.
No add-ons
