Steps to reproduce:

Open this page https://support.mozilla.org/t5/Basic-Browsing/Get-started-with-Firefox-An-overview-of-the-main-features/ta-p/3994

Problem is reproducing constantly and also in Google Chrome 56, Firefox Developer Edition 53.0a2


Actual results:
