STRs:
- pause on a breakpoint
- switch to any other devtools panel
The debugger icon appears in the Debugger tab when the tab is not selected, but disappears as soon as you select it.

Yes, this is a bug. The icon should be visible even if the 'Debugger' tab is selected.

The firebug theme was removed in Bug 1378108, so closing this one.
