The treeitem background color of tagged items use only the tag color when it's selected and has focus. When you click into the folder pane the item looses the focus and the text color changes to the tag color. Unfortunately Ubuntu's theme doesn't differ between focus/no focus as almost all other themes and platforms do. I propose, as a workaround, you change the tag colors to something you also see on select, unfocused state. We can't change this behavior and so I have to close this bug as WONTFIX. Feel free to reopen the bug when you have a good and simple proposal to fix this. But this fix needs to be applicable to all Linux themes and distros.

OK, I understand but was OK with 45 version.
I see no change in our tree since TB 45 which changes something in this area.
