Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to google.com
2. Double tap on home button and close Firefox
3. Re-open Firefox
Actual results:
- When reloading the tabs name the URL will overlap the 'New Tab' placeholder
Expected result:
- The URL should not be displayed in Top Tabs when reloading the page. This was not visible in previous builds.
Note:
- Possible regression from Bug 1339805.
