Actual results:

The release time is shown as template (clickable).


Expected results:

The release time should be in the format of date and time.

I guess the template should be put on the right side where there is time displayed, and the time should be put at the place for template.

Ah, thank you so much, this is much clearer now.

So we should change the time formatting from the AM/PM format to the "military" or 24 hour clock?

Also, for the date, the format is Day-Month-Year - should we change it to Year-Month-Day instead?

I do not mean the forum name should be changed to date because date is already given at the right upper corner.
A fix for this issue woule be change "发布时间“ to "发布于”。
