[Affected versions]: Firefox 54.0a1 (2017-02-27) Firefox 53.0a2 (2017-02-27) [Affected platforms]: Windows 10 64-bit Ubuntu 16.04 32-bit [Steps to reproduce]: 1.Launch Firefox with clean profile. 2.Create extensions.webextPermissionPrompts and set it to true. 3.Install via sideloading method a webextension with permissions. 4.After reopening the browser, click menu [≡] → select "Customize". [Expected Results]: There are no notifications displayed in Customize Mode. [Actual Results]: - Sideload/Update notifications are displayed in Panel Menu in Customize tab. - The notifications can be selected and the webextension is successfully enabled/updated. - I am attaching a screencast. [Additional notes]: “Restart Nightly to apply updates” notification is not displayed in Customize Mode, see screencast: https://www.screencast.com/t/fjfRkcF9

I don't think this was ever mentioned in the UX mocks because it never came up. My first thought was "well that's cool no problem". Then it did occur to me that everything else in customize is drag and droppable and movable, but this warning isn't. Low priority though, maybe even good first buggable?

Vasilica, does this still happen in Firefox 57, the UI has changed quite a bit.

This issue is no longer reproducible on Firefox 57.0a1 (20170920220431) under Windows 10 64-bit and Mac OS X 10.12.3 due to the new Customize UI. But apparently it seems to be fixed also on Firefox 56.0 RC (20170918210324) and Firefox 55.0.3 (20170824053622). See attached screencast.
