Prerequisites: Logged in to FxA 

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to settings 
2. Tap 'Sync now'
3. Double tap on home button and close Firefox
4. Re-open Firefox 
5. Go to settings

Actual results:
- Last sync time is not displayed.
Note:

- On Android it does not display the last sync time (date hh:mm:ss) but it does display a string as followed: ‘’Last sync: ‘x minutes ago’ or ‘yesterday’'.
