this is failing on debug only, a mix of e10s and non-e10s (primarily e10s).

Why is this intermittent on stylo only?

At the moment we still have triple-digit failing reftests, so we don't realistically have cycles to look into intermittents. Feel free to mark it as random-if(..) if it's causing trouble and we'll get back to it later.
