What happens:
I open Mozilla.   The usual "select profile" box displays (I have multiple 
profiles).   However, it is empty.   The list box listing my profiles isn't even 
there.  I can't create a new profile.    So, I can't start Mozilla.

Workaround:
Move the Mozilla folder from the Users>Library folder (so that Mozilla is 
forced to create a new profile).

It is not a blocker in my opinion but is definitely critical as I cannot access 
any of my profiles (including my bookmarks and e-mail accounts).
