Bug 1334991 (Further suppressions for Mochitests on Valgrind on Taskcluster,
Jan 2017) added some suppressions that pertain to the Ubuntu 14.04 environment
used for Valgrind/Mochitest runs. This bug slightly generalises one of the
SKIA CPUID suppressions from bug 1334991, so as to suppress a false positive
that shows up in several of the chunks of a tc-M-V test.
