Details

From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:0.9.9) Gecko/20020311 BuildID: 2002031104 Saving email attachments does not work if the email is stored on an IMAP server. When I select the attachment and choose "save as", I get the normal file dialog and no error messages. However, no file is created. If I repeat "save as" a few times, I get a 0-byte file which mozilla leaves open. Saving the entire message works from the IMAP server without problems. If I move the email from server folder into a local folder, I can save the attachment without problems. I cannot move the message back into an IMAP folder from a local folder. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. send myself a test post with attached file 2. try to save the attached file Actual Results: No file is saved Expected Results: See an attachment file in the directory of my choosing.
Reporter: Do you know what the name is of the IMAP software? (like: uw-imap, Exchange, Courier, ..) Thanks
WFM, uw-imap 2000.287rh, 20020327 Win2K.

I am experiencing this same problem on Mozilla 1.0 RC2. I am connecting to MailSite IMAP server running on Windows NT 4.0. The greeting from the server says: * OK MailSite IMAP4 Server 3.4.2.0 ready
