[Affected versions]:
Firefox ESR 45.8.0.

[Affected platforms]:
Ubuntu 14.04 x86

[Steps to reproduce]:
1.Launch Firefox.
2.Access the https://www.instagram.com/ weblink.
3.Log in.
4.Scroll up and down the page.
5.Observe that the adds top bar is flickering.

[Expected result]:
The page’s content is properly displayed.

[Actual result]:
The adds top bar flickers when scrolling up and down the page.

[Regression range]:
This seems to not be a regression since this issue is not reproducible on the latest builds: Latest Firefox Nightly 54.0a1 and Firefox 51.0.1.

[Additional information]:
This issue is not reproducible on Windows 10 64bit and macOS 10.12.

Note that this issue does not affect Latest Firefox Nightly 54.0a1, Firefox 52.0b9 and Latest Firefox ESR 52.0.

Closing this as WFM since the issue was only reproducible on Firefox ESR 45.8.0, and not on the latest builds.
