For the upcoming release to 7.0, there is some uncertainty around shipping this feature. We should try to wrap it in a feature flag so we can turn it off if we don't feel comfortable shipping it in time for 7.0.
Moving to P1 as we should have this in place prior to us shipping 7.0.
