I'd like to revive the conversation around the User Data Plan. Community Support Software is about creating a better User Experience for front end users and better programatic support for staff. We'll do this with thoughtful data collection. I'd like to plan this with Andrew and Jess in LCM since this will have a clear impact on SF.

Yea if you want people to keep using databases and google spreadsheets that are not aligned with SF. hahaha.
