When working in the help viewer and clicking on the search tab, the search
textbox should get the focus. In the search tab you can only do one thing:
search for keywords, so anybody who clicks the search tab wants to enter a new
keyword.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open the help viewer
2.Click on the search tab
3.Has the keyword textfield the focus or not?

Tested on Linux with latest nightly build, probably the same for
windows.

I highly disagree.  Pretend you are a keyboard only user.  Now imagine going
from the contents pain to the glossary pane.  Your focus would be changed
wantonly on each pane change.  You have a mouse.  Use it.  That isn't supposed
to sound harsh.
