If no keywords are assigned to a bug, the field is absent from the Details module when the bug is not in edit mode. The absence of values in a field is a form of information, so the field should be displayed

Hello. I'm a student at University of Toronto, learning how to fix bugs in open source projects. I couldn't reproduce this bug. Is it being worked on or is it still an issue? If not I'd like to work on it as my first bug.

Removing good-first-bug keyword because team does not have bandwidth to mentor at the moment.
