mac os 9.2.2... i use a kensington mouse-in-a-box which has a scroll wheel...
both scroll it doth not the browser window. i did see a similar bug report but
that person had an optical kensington mouse, and mine is not optical. the wheel
works in every application but mozilla. the mousewheel works in netscape 6.2...
but then again, lotsa other things do *not* work in netscape 6.2... so let us
not discuss netscape 6.2 lest i have a (polite) fit.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.launch mozilla
2.get some url with longish page
3.try to use mousewheel to scroll
4. swear a lot

Actual Results:  i swore a lot

Expected Results:  wheelhappy scrolling through pages of unremittingly boring
literary attrocities. sore index finger.
