Description

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:52.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/52.0
Build ID: 20170302120751

Steps to reproduce:

Just open up http://codepen.io/m-dehghani/pen/yMJRWP, hover over on red div, you can see rendering is too poor, actually pixel by pixel.

Notice that if you increase translateX to something like 100px, it will be better,

Actual results:

-

Expected results:

Please try to fix this kind of issues instead of adding fading browser's title or stuff like that.

Thank you!
