If I set PDF application to "Always ask" from Options, when I choose "Open with: Firefox (default)" option from Opening window, instead of opening the file, an Opening window will be shown again.

Steps to reproduce:

First I set PDF application to "Always ask" from Options.
Then I click on pdf file from downloads or link and choose "Open with: Firefox (default)" option from Opening window.


Actual results:

Opening window shows up again.


Expected results:

File should have been opened in firefox; Also a "Preview in Firefox" could be included.
