Build ID: 1999090909 Platform: Windows NT (this bug does not apply to either Linux or Mac OS) To reproduce: - Launch apprunner - Keep your eyes on the Taskbar while it launches Result: You get a series of about 10 flashes or flickers in the taskbar. Presumably the app is creating a bunch of windows that are not displayed; while this is happening, the taskbar is updated to 'show' the new windows... I think. Expected result: The taskbar should not flicker.
