Details
When a task is triggered in response to a release event, users probably want to attach some output files to the release - such as an installer or a built tarball. The idea would be to specify those files in .taskcluser.yml, and then have tc-github download the artifacts and upload them to the release when the tasks are complete.
This may not be possible: the integration would need read-write access to the repo, and that's going to make it a lot riskier to install.

One option here may be to point to a secret containing a github API token with release permissions for the repo in question. Then projects comfortable with the risk can take it without opting others into that risk.

This would figure into a re-think of the GitHub integration.
