Details

there's people outside of developer-services who should receive failure notifications from servo-vcs-sync, and there's people in developer-services who don't need them. i've created a group servo-vcs-sync that any employee can subscribe to if they want to receive emails when the sync process fails. need to update the email addresses in the systemd config to email servo-vcs-sync@mozilla.com.
