Test Environment:
CPU Intel Corei7-3770
RAM 16GB
GFX Nvidia GTX1070
OS: Windows 10
I test webgl loading time by the following demo on Firefox and Chromium, both are nightly builds.

It takes Chromium 27.32 seconds while Firefox Nightly spends 33.25 seconds to load, which is about 20% slower.
Since both Firefox and Chromium uses ANGLE, we expect their loading time should be approximately same.
