Description

Tried to file a bug in Release Engineering::Releases (only used CC, summary and description).

This failed with:

Bugzilla has suffered an internal error:

Can't locate object method "cf_user_story" via package "Bugzilla::Bug"

Going back and hitting 'Submit Bug' again worked. See bug 1345408 for them form's values.
