1345479 - Audio indicator randomly appears/disappears in tab sometimes

I have a problem with Firefox Beta 52. It doesn't happen in Firefox ESR 45.
Sometimes when using the browser, I see that audio indicator appears in tabs without sound.
It happens unpredictably, however, I noticed one specific scenario when it happens

1. Open http://youtube.com/watch?v=ZGqhhx8cxMg
2. Stop the video
3. Place mouse pointer above Youtube favicon in tab, then drag and drop the tab to new position
4. Place mouse pointer to the place where audio indicator was located in the tab

Result: Audio indicator disappears, then shows up. Then after several seconds it disappears again
Expected: In this scenario audio indicator should only disappear once. It shouldn't depend on changing tab position or moving mouse pointer

I kept the needinfo open for me for a little bit longer but alas I don't have the time right now to invest in finding a fix for this issue.
