Steps to reproduce:

1. Pin a tab with unpinned tabs open.

2. Restart Firefox and have an unpinned tab selected.



Actual results:

Icon for pinned tab shows as a globe, instead of site's favicon


Expected results:

Site's favicon should be shown on the pinned tab.
