Our version of lodash is kind of old, and lacks features that people are coming to depend on (e.g. _.cloneDeepWith). Let's upgrade to the latest version.

I've tested this via moztrap and it seems to work well. There's a few function signatures which have been altered and a number of other small changes, but overall it's the same lodash that we know and love.
The main motivation for this work is bug 1344018.
