Ooooh. Very sorry :( The list is being auto generated from an imported module or the database, I'm not sure (django.conf.settings.TIME_ZONE). This is one for the backend devs.
Timezone selection is by the largest city in that timezone. Chita refers to Chita, Russia: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/russia/chita You probably want "Shanghai" time, which covers Beijing and Guangdong, but there are other options if you are not in Eastern China: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Time_in_China#IANA_time_zone_database We use the tz or Olson database for this, which chose the naming convention for time zones: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tz_database
