Steps to reproduce:
I tried to click on the button "Report a problem" (Help->Report a problem) and nothing happened.
Actual results:
Nothing :D I tried to restart the browser but nothing changed
Expected results:
No idea, this button never worked for me :/
Why you are use the "Build ID: 20170116194706"? Please try the latest Nightly or correct this.

By "Report a problem" option are you referring to the Help -> "Report deceptive site..." option?
This might be a dupe of Bug 1345569.
