The SCROLL_INPUT_METHODS telemetry probe, added in bug 1238137 and previously extended in bug 1284348, is set to expire in Firefox 55.

I believe this probe is continuing to provide valuable information to us as more users transition to e10s/APZ, and additional input types are implemented to go through APZ.

For example, when users on touch-enabled 64-bit Windows devices get e10s, this probe can help us verify that touch input for these users is going through APZ as intended. Likewise, when async scrollbar dragging rides the trains (planned for 55), this probe enables us to see what fraction of scrollbar drags take the APZ codepath in practice.

I therefore propose extending this probe's expiry again until Firefox 60, at which point we can re-evaluate again.
