13466 - [PP]Splitter not working with boxes on Mac

Launch apprunner, go to the address book.  The two splitters are around boxes (no
frames or iframes).  Attempt to drag the splitter on the left pane to the left.
Very strange things begin to happen.  Once closed the splitter cannot be
reopened, clicking on the splitter is messed up (sometimes the mouse up on a
splitter initiates dragging), dragging one splitter sometimes activates the
other.  I don't have other platforms to test this on.

The splitter now works correctly except the splitter moves behind iframe instead
of on top of them. But in this panel resizing is very very slow. Notice when you
move the splitters location its fast until you let go and then its very slow.
The spitter is only active when you are dragging and that is fast. After that
its some weird problem with this panel. The best way to fix it is to replace
each panel with something like a box until you find out what panel is the
problem.

Not sure why I have this bug now.  Am I to research the bug for more details and
refile it or what?

Well today this bug is fixed.  Not sure what happened between the day it was sent
to me and now...but it is working fine.
