Attachment: Bug 1346716 - Remove the entry for "mimeTypes.rdf" in the directory service.

This improves performance because we won't try to fix the permissions of the file every time the nsIHandlerService implementation wants to open it, and makes it easier to access the file path from xpcshell tests.

For the record, this was indeed the issue with the failures in bug 1350026.

I spoke too soon. The failure is still there but it was hidden in the try build by a previous one.
