Steps to reproduce:

Upon visiting the "What to do and what not to do in Bugzilla" page, I clicked on the "this page" link in the first paragraph:

> If you want to get Bugzilla privileges (as described below), please see this page. It lists the requirements and the email to contact.

Actual results:

I was transferred to a "Format Not Found" error page on BMO: 

> The requested format does not exist with a content type of html.


Expected results:

The intended destination, which should be displayed, is "get_permissions.html" on BMO: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/page.cgi?id=get_permissions.html

This is a BMO bug. They are working on fixing it.

The BMO bug has been fixed but they only push to production on certain days, so we'll have to keep our eyes out for that to happen. I'll leave this open until we confirm that the MDN link works again.
