1346935 - Undoing "Close All Tabs" is restoring the closed tabs without remembering the new opened one

Steps to reproduce:

1.Open Firefox
2.Open two tabs
3.Tap the tab counter
4.Tap the Menu button and tap "Close all tabs"
5.On the new opened tab(witch opens automatically) tap on a site from top sites list
6.Tap on the "Undo" button from the displayed option from the bottom of the tab


Actual results:

3.Tab list is displayed with two open tabs
4.Tabs are closed
5.Selected site is displayed
6.Closed tabs are restored and the actual page is dismissed 


Expected results:

6.Actual tab should be remembered and displayed in tab list with the restored tabs
