User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

- Login into my firefox account with my user id and password on my Laptop and mobile.
- Then I tried to tabs sync on my laptop but it didn't sync.
- On 'View Synced Tab Sidebar', it detects my device by not showing any synced tabs.
- Tried on couple of other websites such as apple support, firefox bugzilla but same issue is there.


Actual results:

- When I click on synced tabs it shows nothing just my device name is showing and no synced tabs even though I have opened a websites.


Expected results:

- It should show tabs that are open in my android device.

Yes, there is a issue whenever I open any tabs in any device with the same id, it doesn't get synced.

For eg:

Android Device tabs:
Firefox v52.0.1
Open tabs:
firefox.com

Laptop:
Firefox Developer Edition v54.0a2
It shows only Device Name but no tabs that are open in Android Device such as firefox.com.

Please let me know if you need anything else.

While trying to reproduce this, I ran into Bug 1374409. I couldn't see my device in the Synced Tabs list at all. After manually changing the device name, everything started to work.

I wonder if this might be a different manifestation of this problem - that is, what Pradeep sees in his Synced Tabs list is actually an "old" device record - probably originating from the same device - which happens to have the same name as his current one.

Pradeep, any chance you could try renaming your Android device, sync both clients, and see if this fixes the problem?
