This is the follow-up bug for Bug 1340911. Now we support this syntax:

try: -b do -p all -u all[linux64-stylo] -t none

I think it's better to add linux64-stylo into "Restrict tests to platform(s)"

I think there are different. PR#213 only add a platform, linux64-stylo, but this bug wants to add an option into "Restrict tests to platform(s)", which filter(s) out unwanted test cases to reduce the impact on try servers.
