We already support arm/6.0, but that avd is based on system images from an old sdk and the newer sdk says that arm/6.0 system images are not supported on Linux.
This would also be an opportunity to add an arm64-v8a emulator.

I created this AVD just like https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1326492#c10, but using version 24, rev 7 of the arm64 v8a system images. I did not need to create the anr or tombstones directories. I set RAM to 2048. I called "setenforce permissive".
