I want to use the WaffleBot integration in mozilla for the following reasons:
It allows deeper integration between GitHub issues/pull requests and the Waffle project board.
Below are my answers to your stock questions:
** Which repositories do you want to have access? (all or list)
waffle.io is already enabled org wide, I'd like to install the "WaffleBot" integration for the repo (https://github.com/integration/wafflebot) telemetry-analysis-service
** Are any of those repositories private?
no
** Provide link to vendor's description of permissions needed and why
https://github.com/integration/wafflebot
https://help.waffle.io/wafflebot-basics/getting-started-with-the-wafflebot/how-to-use-the-wafflebot
permissions given to Waffle: https://jzdz.me/O7lQpQF7RN/

Wafflebot (the integration) was already approved, so this was simply "installing" that integration for telemetry-analysis-service
