Although I don't decide that nsICollation changes to non-scriptable, Canlendar can use Intl.collation instead.

Intl.collation is standardized API by ECMA-402, calendar (calendar/base/modules/calUtils.jsm etc) should use it instead of nsICollation.

Please, consider switching. We're out of consumers and would like to make nsICollator non-scriptable
