USER STORY
= As a Contributor or Editor =
- Recent Comments -
To keep up to date with changes and proposed changes to articles I need an easy method to see the latest comments made.
This was simple previously as can still be seen by opening this stage page
>
It is not feasible to open all KB articles ! even if I could find or list them and somehow sort to see recent comments.

= As a Editor or Localiser =
- Specific Article -
I see an article history (as do any visitors to Sumo) & wish to know more about the changes or proposed changes to the article. This information is often in the form of contributor comments.
Such information helps me understand the reasons for the changes.
It may also indicate reasons for not yet marking for localisation, and further information on pending or future revisions.
Am I able to see those discussions? if I am using a locale other than en-US.
I will file a bug specifically for that.

>Even more important would be a list of recent KB article comments that's easily located.
>Here's what the "Article Discussions" list looked like on the old "staging" site
>(the list was accessible from a "Contributor Tools" link): https://support.allizom.org/en-US/kb/all/discussions

Joni it appears you prefer NI to CC so adding NI.

Correction:
I omitted the stage link initially in Comment0

but included it lower down in the same summary when quoting Alice's post.

The page https://support.mozilla.org/t5/Mozilla-Support-English/tkbc-p/Mozilla-EN has RSS feeds available. (This page is not currently linked from anywhere, but it needs to be, since it also links to a unified KB article dashboard - see bug 1338297 comment 1).

Although feeds are available, there is no "Options" (3-dot) menu on the page to subscribe to them. In Firefox, you can add the "Subscribe" button to your Firefox toolbar to find the feeds, or use the method described in the Live Bookmarks KB article [1], and then subscribe to "All knowledge base posts in Mozilla Support - English". This will subscribe you to all new KB article comments (new KB articles and their content will also be listed, since articles are considered "posts" on Lithium, for some reason).

The Live Bookmarks article is currently missing on Lithium (bug 1370422).
The Kitsune article is here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/live-bookmarks
Resolved INVALID. We aren't moving back to Lithium - see https://blog.mozilla.org/sumo/2017/06/28/important-platform-update/
