When working on bug 1347698, I thought I'd try to attempt to reproduce bug 1346829. Unfortunately, while the task gets executed ok, it seems like reftest defaults to checking in the default manifest (reftest/tests/layout/reftests/w3c-css/received/reftest.list) as opposed to the stylo one, where the test is disabled.

I think if the user is going so far as to try to execute a specific reftest case, we should just ignore the manifest.
