Procedure:
1) Use the attached bookmark file (or create folder in personal toolbar with
subfolders and bookmarks beneath it)
2) Click on the top level folder, when the bookmarks menu popup, click on a
subfolder.

Expected Behaviour: subfolder's bookmark menu popup.
Actual Behaviour:
- If the subfolder does not contain any subfolders, browser goes to one of the
bookmark's url.
- If the subfolder does contain subfolders, it may go to one of the bookmark's
url, or popup one of the subfolder.
