Steps:
1. Open manage bookmarks
2. Right Click on a bookmark that is not on the local machine, select Properties
3. Click on schedule tab
4. Click on a dropdown.
Result:
Properties Dialog moves behind Bookmark window. When totally overlapping, it
seems to disappear. Note that since we are dealing with a modal dialog and is
not trivial to bring it in front again.

I can confirm this for build 2002040103, Windows NT.

Also happens in Messagecompose --> Options --> Select addresses dialog.
Changing component and description.
Component: Bookmarks → XP Toolkit/Widgets
