User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64; rv:52.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/52.0 Build ID: 20170316213829 Steps to reproduce: Updated Firefox today to version 52.0.1 Actual results: Pseudo elements are now behaving strangely. I am providing a video for reference as it is a bit hard to explain the issue: https://www.screencast.com/t/fy0R9QXy As you can see in the video i have a tooltip element appearing on certain parts of my website but the tooltip flickers in and out...an issue which was not happening in FireFox until i updated to version 52.0.1 today. You can also test this directly on my site at http://wp.microthemes.ca/pro-cast/ If you test my URL in Chrome and Firefox you will notice that the tooltip behaves correctly in Chrome but not in Firefox. Hopefully this issue can get resolved soon. Thanks. Expected results: N/A
