when saving an attachment that has the following:
Content-Type: application/applefile; name="%hej"
the saved attachment is 0 in file size.

To test this send an email with the subject "EM5.1" to mimetest@imc.org and you
will recieve a mail with the problemed attachment.

I see this in Win XP using Moz 1.0 RC2.

I haven't figured out a pattern.

Here's a pattern for you:

Whenever double-clicking an attachment for which mozilla needs to save the file
rather than view it natively (I used a msword document), the saved file is 0
bytes in length. 

If I right-click and select Save As, the attachment is saved correctly. 

If I right-click and select Open, then in the "you have chosen to download a
file of type.." choose "save this file to disk", the attachment is saved with 0
bytes in length.

I'm using linux 2002061108 (i.e. 1.1alpha), imap mail account.

This bug is particularly affects novice computer users who aren't aware of the
right-click menu.

I see this as well in Mozilla 1.3a 1/12/2003 on WIn 2000 Server. I was sent an
email with four mdb attachments. When using Save As on the attachments the files
created were zero length. Curiously (but not confirmed - the sender may have
made a mistake) only three attachments were visible. Judging by the time the
email took to download, the data was delivered to my machine.
