Details

Turn on caret browsing on a page which is long enough to scroll. Now alt-tab to
the Mail window. Turn off caret browsing (CTRL-SHIFT-K). Alt-tab back to the
browser window. Note that you can't scroll with the arrow keys now unless you
toggle caret browsing on and off again.

This should be fixed in today's build.

(BTW, the new caret browsing key after today is F7).
